Film Florida Industry Connections at The Space
Summer Jobs - A Recap of Summer
TDA has been out and about making connections within the industry! Bianka was in Orlando for Passport to Discovery, where she scouted new talent. The team attended the Film Florida Quarterly Meeting & Industry Connections, with Bianka, Sabine, Susanne, Christina, and Destiny on hand to network and connect with fellow industry professionals. Sabine and Destiny attended the Arts Accelerator Casting & Networking Event, which brought together South Florida filmmakers, actors, writers, directors, producers, and crew for an evening of networking, collaboration, and live performances. We also gathered to say a bittersweet farewell to Florida Sabine and a hello to Georgia Sabine!
SUMMER JOBS: BOOKED,FILMED & STILL ROLLING
Summer may be behind us, but TDA talent have been keeping busy! From national campaigns and commercials, to films, social content, and plenty of soccer-inspired projects, there’s been a lot happening behind the scenes. We’ve rounded up some of the projects, familiar faces, and fun moments from the past few months, with plenty more still rolling out. Want to see what our talent have been up to? TDA TRAVELS
Our talent have certainly been on the move! Erick Szot tackled two feature films in Atlanta. Andrea Bachus worked on an exciting insurance commercial project in the Dominican Republic, and Sofia Bragar traveled to Charlotte for a print shoot. Jacob Jackson booked a testimonial in San Diego, Courtney Warner landed in Louisville for a feature film, and Randolph Parks made his way to LA for another feature. We love seeing where the work takes our talent!
FILM FLORIDA INDUSTRY CONNECTIONS
It was a great evening at the latest Film Florida Industry Connections event at The Space in West Palm Beach, hosted at Ian Jacob Photography Studio. These events are a wonderful way for Florida’s film and entertainment community to connect, collaborate, and support the continued growth of our local industry. A special thank you to the TDA volunteers who helped make the evening a success — Stan Hristakev, Shawn Goolsby, Steven Smith, Aseem Upadyay, Marcela Fernanda, and Renee Morizio. LOOK AHEAD TO FALL
Fall is bringing some exciting changes to TDA! Jamie has relocated to California, expanding our presence on the West Coast, while Sabine continues to move things forward in Georgia as we work toward reopening our Atlanta office. TDA is now SAG-franchised in both California and Georgia. For our Florida talent, the Florida market remains fully covered by the TDA team, so it’s business as usual here at home. With a busy season ahead, we’re looking forward to seeing what’s next for TDA and our talent!
