My name is Catherine Hollows, and I’m an actress born and raised in South Florida. My love for acting began in high school theatre, after which I started training with the late Jane Kelly. I’m currently studying with “South Florida’s Best Acting Coach” (official title) — Michael Jacques.

As an actor, my goal is to provoke thought and emotion. What a joy it is to make someone feel — especially those who may struggle to understand such feelings in their own lives. “Love the art in yourself, not yourself in the art.” – Stanislavski (one of my favorite quotes).

I dream of being cast in an 1800s period piece, a biopic, or a gritty episodic — can you tell I’m dramatic? I’m so grateful for the incredible opportunities I’ve had this year, including an Epson commercial with Shakira, a Lifetime film directed by Haylie Duff, and a Star Wars fan film (I got to wield a lightsaber!). I can’t wait to see what the rest of the year brings, and I know this is only the beginning.
