TDA Talent Thrives at Beyond the Audition
The Beyond the Audition workshop focused on empowering actors to thrive both on set and in their craft. The experience proved to be both productive and fulfilling—not only for the actors in attendance but for the greater creative community as well. The weekend began on a high note with Sabine Krausch, Talent Direct Agency’s Film and TV agent, enjoying an enriching dinner on Friday evening. The workshop itself was taught by industry veterans Andi Armaganian, Doug Aarniokoski, and Eric Goins. Their insights and expertise gave participants a deeper understanding of on-set dynamics, helping them refine both their technical and artistic approaches. TDA proudly had several actors take part in this invaluable experience: Elena Rockwell, Paloma Couto, Roxana Frontini, Daniel Anderson, Elena Zavet, and Shawn Goolsby. Each walked away with sharpened skills, fresh perspective, and the confidence to bring even more to their next role.
What’s Ahead This Fall at Talent Direct Agency
Fall is just around the corner, and we’re excited to share what’s in store for our TDA community. From exclusive networking opportunities to community gatherings, this season is shaping up to be full of connection, growth, and inspiration. One of the highlights will be our TDA Mixer, an event created exclusively for TDA talent. It’s a chance to connect with fellow actors, share experiences, and build meaningful relationships within the agency family. We’re also looking forward to studio tours, where our talent can step behind the scenes and gain insight into how productions come together. These experiences not only offer a closer look at the industry but also provide valuable perspective for performers at every stage of their careers. We’ll be keeping you updated every step of the way, so be sure to check out our dedicated blog post on upcoming events for all the details.
South Florida Talent Shine in Major New TV Series
This past summer, South Florida became the backdrop for a major new television series; bringing with it incredible opportunities for local actors to step into the spotlight. Sabine Krausch proudly booked several of our actors on this exciting project, including Katie Lyons, Wesley Collado, Rodrigo Cartault, and Justin Coomer. Each actor brought their unique skills and energy to this production. Their involvement reflects not only their individual dedication but also the growing presence of South Florida performers in nationally recognized projects. Behind the scenes, the teamwork continued. A special nod goes to Destiny Cazeau, who played a role in helping staff the background for the show. This project marks another milestone in showcasing the strength, diversity, and professionalism of Talent Direct Agency’s roster. With more productions turning to South Florida as a filming destination, we’re excited to see our actors thrive on screen while our agents continue to open doors for future opportunities.
Film Florida Quarterly Meeting
On August 26–27, Sabine Krausch joined other industry leaders and professionals who gathered in ChampionsGate, Florida for the Film Florida Quarterly Meeting. This event brought together members of the state’s film, television, and digital media community to discuss new opportunities, industry trends, and the future of production in Florida. The quarterly meetings serve as a hub for collaboration, policy updates, and advocacy for continued growth in Florida’s entertainment industry. By bringing together voices from across the state, Film Florida ensures that our local talent, crew, and creative businesses remain at the forefront of conversations about expanding production in the region.
