Andi Armaganian is one of Hollywood's working directors in episodic television — and a Fort Lauderdale original. After building a prolific career as an editor, cutting over 100 episodes of television, she completed the Warner Bros. Directing Program in 2017 and never looked back. Since then, she has directed some of the most visually ambitious series on network, cable, and streaming, including Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, Rescue: High Surf Dead Boy Detectives, Stargirl, Arrow, and The Flash. Andi was back in her hometown to share what it really takes to direct episodic television — from the edit bay to the director's chair — and to inspire the next generation of South Florida storytellers.
